There are about 20 four star and five star hotels around Jumeirah. A room costs between $100 and $1500. Near Dubai airport, there are three to five star hotels with room charges around $90 to $300. Dubai Desert has two five star hotels with room rent costing around $200.

Just saying that Ski Dubai burns a lot of oil to keep it cool. Not eco friendly at all, so please think twice before going there.
